Shipping

Shipping rates and carrier options are displayed at checkout.  

Tracking:  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text with a tracking number. 

International Shipping:  We ship all over the world.  International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Printing & Processing

Please use the below timeline to get an idea of when you will receive your personalized order:

• 1-3 Business Days *after Purchase*:  You will receive a digital proof (via email).  If we don’t hear back from you after two attempts, we will go ahead and print your order using the exact customization text details you added at checkout.
  
  
• 10-15 Business Days *after Approving Digital Proof*:  Your order will ship. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text with tracking details.  If you have paid for “Rush Printing”, your order will ship in 5 business days (Kindly note that “Rushed Printing” does not mean “Rushed Shipping”.  Please select your shipping speed at checkout.).

In a hurry? Add rush printing to your order.  This will expedite the printing process from 10-15 business days to 5 business days.  And keep in mind, rush printing does not mean rush shipping.  You may select your shipping speed at checkout.

As a backup, we offer gift cards (physical and digital).  Physical gift cards ship in 1-3 business days and digital gift cards are emailed at the time of purchase
