Frequently Asked Questions

Step 1:  Add your item(s) to your cart. 

Step 2:  Go to Your Cart. 

Step 3:  Once you are viewing Your Cart, look for the "Special instructions for seller" box.  Please add your custom text here.

Step 4:  We will send you a proof via email within 1-3 business days. 

Step 5:  Once your proof is approved, custom items take 10-15 business days to process/print.

All orders will be carefully wrapped and arrive "gift-ready". Typically our packaging / gift wrap includes a custom Laura Vogel Design box with Lily of the Valley heavy-weight tissue paper, and a blue gingham bow. We are more than happy to include a blank or handwritten gift enclosre card on your behalf.

Please use the below timeline to get an idea of when you will receive your order:

1-3 Business Days *after Purchase*:  You will receive a digital proof (via email).  If we don’t hear back from you after two attempts, we will go ahead and print your order using your exact customization text.  

10-15 Business Days *after Approving Digital Proof*:   Your order will ship (yay!).  You will receive a confirmation email and/or text with tracking details.  If you have paid for Rush Shipping, your order will mail out in 5 business days. 

In a hurry?!

Add rush printing to your order.  This will expedite the printing process from 10-15 business days to 5 business days.  And keep in mind, rush printing does not mean rush shipping.  You may select your shipping speed at checkout.  

As a backup, we offer gift cards (physical and digital). Physical gift cards ship in 1-3 business days and digital gift cards are emailed at the time of purchase.

Return address labels (while inspired by vintage stamps) have no postage value. These labels are designed to be placed on the upper-left side of an envelope where you typically include the return address.

Yes, we work with companies and individual customers on a variety fo projects from custom stationery and letterhead to branding suites to custom thank-you tuck-in cards to custom weddings to commissioned illustrations and watercolors. We also work with clients on custom textile designs for wallcoverings, fabrics for interiors or apparel, and embroidered linens.

Yes! We work with customers to tweak designs to their exact liking. Whether you would like to switch up a font, change papers, alter colors, change paper size, order a colored envelope, or add a personal monogram, we are here to help. Any customizations of existing designs will be charged at our hourly rate. Please email us at laura@lauravogeldesign.com or click here to inquire.

We currently only offer calligraphy envelope addressing.  We do not offer envelope printing via a digital printer (unless you are a custom wedding customer)

We ship all over the world.  Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

Yes, we offer physical gift cards, digital gift cards, and a gift card for a set of "Stationery & Stamps" (including shipping).

Physical gift cards are mailed via post and and include all the darling wrappings (i.e. a custom gingham box, Lily of the Valley tissue paper, and a bow). Shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

Digital gift cards are sent via email immediately after purchase.
